One staff. Every station sounds like itself.
Radio Groups lets one shared staff run several stations, with workflows, news and community content shaped by each station’s audience. It’s in development now, built on the station apps already on the air, and we’re looking for a launch group.
Each station keeps its own identity.
Every member station has a profile: who it serves, and how it looks and sounds.
Audience profiles
The communities and region each station serves, its languages, age groups and interests: the demographics your stations already know.
Its own brand
Each station’s name, logo, colors and app icon.
Its own stream and schedule
Each station’s stream, program schedule and now-playing.
Its own sponsors
Sponsors and placements for each station, plus group-wide sponsors that run across stations.
Write once, shaped for each station.
Staff work in one place and decide where each piece runs and how it reads there.
Stories matched to audiences
Stories, events and announcements are tagged by topic and audience, and suggested to the stations whose profile they fit.
A version for each station
Share a story across stations with a station’s own headline, introduction, language or audio.
Each station’s own workflow
Each station keeps its own approval steps and editors before anything posts.
Roles by task and station
Staff roles by task, limited to the stations each person covers.
Community calendars that travel
Each station has its own calendar, and an event submitted to one can be shared with stations nearby.
AI review, per station
An AI review queue reads stories, flyers and PDFs and suggests events and updates for the stations they fit. Staff approve every one.
Station and group reports
Traffic, listening and sponsor results for each station and for the whole group.
Built on the station apps.
Radio Groups builds on the station apps running today: staff roles by task, sponsor zones with page targeting, an AI review queue that suggests events from stories and flyers, and settings for each deployment. The group layer is what’s new.

Radio Groups questions
Is Radio Groups available now?
It’s in development. Each of your stations can run the station apps today and join the group platform when it’s ready.
What’s a launch group?
The first radio group we build it with. You help shape the audience profiles, workflows and reports around how your stations actually work.
What audience information does it use?
Station-level facts: the communities, region, languages and interests each station serves. It doesn’t need personal information about individual listeners.
Do member stations keep their own brands and sponsors?
Yes. Each station has its own brand, stream, schedule and sponsors, and the group can add sponsors that run across stations.
Launch group
Run your group from one newsroom.
Tell us about your stations: who each one serves, who’s on staff and how stories get to air. We’ll show you where Radio Groups is today and build the rest with you.
